Cancelations made by the client

• Cancelations made less than 72 hours before the appointment are not refundable.

• Cancelations within 7days and 72 hours before the time of the appointment are 50% refundable.

• Cancelations made 7 or more days before the time of the appointment are fully refundable.

Cancelations made by the therapist

• In very rare occasions a therapist may have to cancel an appointment. If that happens, the client can choose to reschedule session or to be fully refunded.
